Treatment of acute diarrhoea and associated symptoms of gas-related abdominal discomfort including bloating, cramping or flatulence.

Over 18 years: Take 2 tablets initially, followed by one tablet after each loose bowel movement.

12-18 years: Take 1 tablet initially, followed by 1 tablet after each loose bowel movement. Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours limited to no more than 2 days.

Under 12 years: Not to be given.

Room temperature

Loperamide Hydrochloride 2mg, Simeticone equivalent to Dimeticone 125mg.
