Colofac IBS is a medicine used to treat IBS symptoms and to help stop them reoccurring, including bloating, stomach pains and discomfort.
How does Colofac IBS work?
Colofac IBS contains mebeverine hydrochloride, which belongs to a group of medicines called antispasmodics. This helps the bowel to relax and stay in control, meaning you experience fewer cramps and episodes of diarrhoea.

Take the tablets by swallowing whole with a drink of water; do not chew. For best results, try to take the tablet 20 minutes before a meal, as a lot of sufferers find that their symptoms worsen after they eat.
The recommended dose is one tablet taken 3 times a day
