Ensure you wash your hands before using Hypromellose Eye Drops

Remove any contact lenses prior to using the drops and do not replace contact lenses for at least 15 minutes.

Hypromellose tube should be held vertically.

Tilt head backwards.

Resting one hand on cheek, gently pull down the lower eyelid.

Look up.

Squeezing the tube gently, insert one drop.

Blink a couple of times to spread the gel evenly over eyes.

Wipe any excess gel from around the eyelids.

If needed, repeat the above steps for the other eye.

This can be repeated 2-4 times a day or as directed by your doctor or optician.
