Long-lasting, targeted pain relief of muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, back pain, strains and sprains for up to 16 hours.

Adults: Smooth the adhesive side of the patch directly onto the skin for up to 8 hours. Once removed it can continue to provide pain relief for a further 8 hours. For delicate or ageing skin apply adhesive side of patch to clothing.
