Over 16 years:

Daytime: Take 2 capsules every 4 hours up to a maximum of 3 doses in any 24 hour period.

Night-time: Take 2 capsules just before bedtime. Only one dose should be taken at night.

Not to be used for longer than 3 days except on medical advice.

Under 16 years: Not to be given.

Room temperature

Paracetamol 500mg, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg, Pholcodine 5mg, Paracetamol 500mg, Promethazine Hydrochloride 10mg and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 7.5mg
