We recommend taking one Cacao-Tab™ twice a day. For optimum absorption of CBD let the Cacao-Tab™ dissolve under the tongue for 10-15 minutes. Agitating, chewing, or swallowing the Cacao-Tab™ prematurely will reduce the bioavailability of the CBD.
